Registration procedure:
Please follow these steps to successfully complete the registration procedure:

- After clicking the button above, you will be automatically redirected to the online registration form.
- Press REGISTER NOW and fill in all the necessary information.
- Review the information and click the button FINISH REGISTRATION.
- After you finished your registration, you can either make a payment online with credit card by clicking the button "PAY ONLINE NOW" or you can leave the page and make a payment by bank transfer.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation with the proforma invoice to your email address.  

Ways of payment
There are 2 different ways of payment available for the participants of the Congress:
- Payment by Credit Card while filling the registration form online. 
- Payment by Bank Transfer

Final registration confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail after the Congress Secretariat will receive the payment. Those, who make a payment and do not receive a confirmation notice within 5 working days, are strongly recommended to contact the Congress Secretariat by email registration@balcone2018.com

VAT Invoices
VAT invoices will be issued after the Congress. 

Cancellation
Cancellation received before May 2, 2018 – full refund*;
Cancellation received before July 1, 2018 – 50 % refund;
Cancellation received after July 2, 2018 – no refund.
There will be no refunds for no-shows.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Secretariat by email registration@balcone2018.com
* 30 Eur will be deducted as administration fee.
